Imam Ali was born in the kaaba, which means high, his name is Ali which means high and he is buried in najaf, which means high.

if you do not call Allah(s) Ali then you are a kafir and if you call Ali Allah then you are a kafir...(pun intended).

I have started this thread, first one on this site about the first muslim and in future, inshAllah, when i have time, i will fill this space with excellences of Haider e Karrar with references. you can join too.

Masha Allah - We love Moula Ali (as) more than the Shias as we respect those who were given respect by the Ahle Bayt (as). Moula Ali (as) attributes cannot be doubted as it was proven in the field and on the minbar and if still people do not accept them then show them Moula Ali (as) being lifted upon the blessed shoulders of our Holy Prophet (sawaw) whose blessed Nalain Mubarak were given VIP access in Arsh e Mouhalla. If thats the maqam of the Nalain what would be the moqaam of the blessed shoulders ?.

We find only the Ahle Bayt (as) lifted up by the Holy Prophet (sawaw) and those who love them in the case of Salman e Farsi (ra) and the friend of Imam Hussain (as) who played with Hussain e Pak (as) was lifted by the Holy Prophet (sawaw) and was hugged and the blessed Sahaba (ra) asked Ya Rasulullah (sawaw) what is the reason for lifting him ? The blessed Holy Prophet (sawaw) replied " Oh the inhabitants of Earth and Heavens be witness whoever loves Hussain loves me, whoever hates him hates me! "

From this we can easily derive that loving the Ahle Bayt (as) is a prime condition for Iman.

Yes brother could you clarify what the text in red means? To me that sounds bordering on shirk?? I think you may have mistyped because Allah is one and Ali (as) is the creation of Allah.

Ghulam could refer me to a website where I can find the biography of Ali (as)? Or let me know of any good books please.

BY THIS I UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU DONT CALL ALLAH SWT BY THE NAME ALI YOU BECOME KAAFIR BECAUSE ALI WHICH MEANS MOST HIGH IS ALSO ONE OF THE BEAUTIFUL NAME OF ALLAH SWT FROM THE 99 ASMAE HUSNA (99 NAMES OF ALLAH SWT) Ya-A‘Ali (The Most High) AND WHEN YOU SAY ALI (A.S.) AS ALLAH YOU BECOME KAAFIR BECAUSE ALI (A.S.) IS NOT ALLAH SWT SINCE HE IS CREATION OF ALLAH SWT AND IS BASHAR AND ALLAH SWT IS OMNIPOTENT
HOPE THE ANSWER IS TRUE TO THE BEST OF MY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE.
