Asslamualaykum brother,

Like you said they remained QUIET on the matter. Now please turn your attention to Imam Ahmed Rida Khan r.a. and Ulama of Makkah and Madina who enforced their fatwa (500 ulema endorsed this). In this fatwa it was said (Hussam al Haramain Ala Manhar il Kufr Wal Main by Imam Ahmed Raza Khan r.a. and endorsed by 500 ulema including reputable ulema of Makkah Madina at time):

"so comprehensively all these factions are disbelievers, apostates and out of pale of islam by the consesnsus of the believers. In Bazaziah, Al-Durur Al Ghurur, Fatawa Khairiah, Majma Al-Anhaar, Durr Al-Mukhtar and in reliable books has clearly been stated about these disbelievers that whoever so has doubt in their blasphemy and chastisement, becomes a disbeliever himself"

I am Peer sahibs mureed, now explain to me, what are your and Peer sahibs belief on this fatwa? do you disagree because an Ulema of his time was quiet on the issue?

Salam,

Brother as you may heard on numerous occasion that the Hadith of the prophet (SAW) mentioned that my ummat will have 73 sects and 1 of them will be Ahle Sunnat Wal Jammat who will be on truthful path. Now you tell me can a person be a ummati without being a muslim? or can we say logically say that they are muslims but misguided. ( To call a whabi or deobandi kafir you must be able to give daleel e kati proof. Meaning obligatory rejection will make one Kafir e.g Beliving this Quran is not real, believing the accusation on Sayidina Aisa (AS) is true THEN HE/SHE is going against the quran and this will make him a kafir. Thats why wiser people remain silent. According to you everyone is a kafir except your own sect. pls ammend your faith

@ Brother Sunni786Soldier..

It is well known according the Islamic Shariah.. that if somebody denies/rejects an evidence which is "sound/absolute" which no sect or person has a doubt with, for e.g: 5 Namaz a day.. only then they would be doing an act of Kufr.. still at this point if they produce some sort of evidence to back there claim, we cannot give them the title of Kafir !! This rule applies to every topic in Islam.

Also, now if somebody denies/rejects an evidence which can be doubted (WAJIB) Hence, why its Wajib... we defentley cannot call them Kafir for there denial!!

Also, i have seen many scholars teachings thier students, that if somebody rejects/denies an atribute of The Holy Messenger [Peace be upon Him & His Family] means that they are a Gustak e Rasool. How unfourtuant are these people who get caught up with these scholars who lack knowlege in this subject.

If somebody who read The Kalima, but believes The Holy Prophet [Peace be upon Him & His Family] cannot hear him. Then this person is simply misguided and needs to be put onto the right track !! He should not be called Kafir, unless he denies an evidence which is absolute/sound without any evidence of his own.
